Slow, arduous start. But eventually OK to eat: 1 avocado, 1 Kiwi-fruit, and ~ "everything" chips. No detox, but Kiwi has lots of C. And then some Walnuts, as I had flulike sympts, in addition to core migraine and etc. Although still hiding in corners, core migraine is not enough to be an impediment atm, and at least feels almost gone.
